Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Netherlands:  €4,95 — estimated 2-3 business days
  • European Union:  €12,95 — estimated 3-7 business days
  • International:  €19,95 — estimated 7-14 business days

Shipping Carriers

 We ship via PostNL / PostNL International.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
